Step / To make this dhokla recipe, add sprouted moong, green chillies, spinach together in a grinder. Mix well and grind them to make a fine paste. Step / Now, take a bowl and add the grinded mixture into it. Add salt, besan along with the required amount of water. Whisk them well to make a thick batter. Step / Then add fruit salt and water. Mix them well. Step / Next, greese the dhokla maker with oil. Put the batter into a dhokla maker and steam for about minutes till it is completely cooked. Step / Your dhokla is ready, garnish it with grated coconut and cut it into your desired shape. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice. Step / You can even temper the dhoklas with sesame seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida as per your taste and preference.
