Sprouted Moong 100gms

Potato 60gms

Paneer 50gms

Salt 5gms

Onion, tomato, coriander, lemon, tomato ketchup, salt, chat masala

Method

Step 1

Shallow fry paneer and boiled potato in a pan by adding some oil. Now in a bowl add finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander to sprouted moong . Sprinkle some salt, chat masala , lemon juice and tomato ketchup on it. Add paneer and potatoes to it and mix well. Its ready to eat.
