Chana daal /split chickpea lentil - 100gm
Onion- 50gm
Green chilly - 1
Ginger+ garlic - 10gm
Spices - salt and grounded black pepper
Soak chana daal overnight or atleast - hours prior to cooking.
In a mixer, add daal along with chopped onions and chillies and ginger garlic paste and pulse it slowly until it’s coarsely grinded. At last, add salt and pepper powder (a pinch) and mix all again.
Spray oil in the airfryer and place the chana daal mixture in small portions. Let it fry at degrees for about - minutes. Shake and flip it in between until you get golden brown color on both sides. Enjoy tea- time snack!
