Chicken boneless - 200gm
Butter- 10gm
Spinach- 100gm
Cheese- 30gm
Dry Spices: Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, salt, cinnamon powder, garlic- ginger powder, turmeric powder
Cut the chicken breast and make a pocket, don't slit into half, but cut through the end.
Soak the chicken in the lukewarm water along with salt for minutes, this is for tenderness
Afterwards, run the chicken through cold water and drain out excess water and pat it dry.
Now, brush the chicken with butter on all the sides and sprinkle dry spices on both sides.
Cut some spinach and grate cheese and mix it. Fill this mixture in chicken pockets. You can also add some other veggies such as tomato, bell pepper, capsicum, along with spinach.
Now roll in the pocket and insert the toothpick and let it bake for to minutes or until it's golden brown.
Note: You can also pound the chicken if you want more tenderness.
