step: Blanch the spinach and make a paste and keep aside. Put tlbspb oil in a kadai add garlic and let it turn brown..add the spinach puree and stir for a while. Add boiled rice and stir..add salt, pepper and lemon juice..spinach rice is ready For the paparika sauce step: Cut the veggies and stir fry in tblspn oil add salt and pepper and keep aside Take oil in a kadai and add garlic then add juwar aata and roast ..gradually add milk and stir continously till it becomes creamy. Add the paparika pwd, salt and pepper and cheese Lastly add a pinch of nutmeg powder. Add the veggies and stir..sauce is ready..
