Whole egg

Egg whites

Green veggies( onion, spinach, tomato, ginger )150gms

Butter 10 gms

Perry perry seasoning and Mexican seasoning, salt

Method

Step 1

Saute spinach and green veggies of your choice in cooking oil spray . Mix it with eggs and and add seasonings of your choice . Pour the mixture in a greased pan and cover it with a lid. Let it cook on a slow flame. Flip around and cook both sides. Yay, it's ready Enjoy
