chick pea flour 30gms (protein -22.4gm carb- 57.8gm fat-6.7gm)
Spinach paste without water 70gms
green chilly paste
salt 1pinch/ according to taste
oil to brush (negligible quantity)
Take chickpea flour, mix well with spinach leaves paste, green chilly paste and salt.
add water if required. finally add very lil amount of baking powder and baking soda ( (less than a pinch ie / of a pinch) and mix.
heat any vessel or idli stand or dhokla stand . grease the pot with oil put chickpea flour batter to go into the steamer cover and let it steam for about mins.
switch off the flame and let it cool for mins then enjoy /serve.
you can add tempering to this with mustard seeds , curry leaves ,coriander leaves. though it tastes best without tempering .
