70gm chickpea (weight of soak and pressure cooked)

50gm rice

Spinach 50gm , onion, garlic,ginger , coriander ,green chilly

Dry masala, salt,coriander powder,garam masala

Oil 10gm

Method

Step 1

Blanch spinach let it cook and make paste

Step 2

Add oil to the pan Add all the khada masala (of your choice cinnamon/black pepper/cardamom)

Step 3

Add paste of onion,ginger garlic,green chilly,coriander to the oil let it sauté

Step 4

Add spinach paste to the masala let it sauté

Step 5

Add boiled chickpea and rice to it and let it cook

Step 6

And it’s ready
