Wheat - 50 grams
Chicken - 150 grams
Onion - 60 grams
Tomato - 60 grams
Oil - 10 grams
Chilli powder
Capcicum - 50 grams
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Lemon
Ginger Garlic paste
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Schezwan sauce.
Use the Wheat to make a layered Paratha. Once it cools down break it into small bits.
Chicken Prep:-
Marinade the chicken in turmeric, chilli powder,salt, lemon juice and ginger Garlic paste
Let it rest for a few hours
Fry it in gm of oil. Once it cools down break it down to small bits.
The gravy :-
Finely chop the Tomatoes and onions and medium dice the capsicum.
Heat a pan with the grams of oil,add the veggies and stir-fry.
Now add the sauces.
Final Prep:-
Once the gravy is done add the Chicken and Paratha peices and let it cook for a while.
Serve in a plate and garnish with chopped onion and lemon juice.
