Boil whole eggs as per liking and peel them.
Cut the eggs into half. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
Add Schezwan sauce to the yolks and mix well to form a smooth paste
Fill the egg whites with the yolk and sauce mixture. Garnish with chilli flakes. Enjoy!
