50 gm soya chunks (boiled and squeezed as per packet instructions) Take in a big bowl, sprinkle 1 tbsp rice flour and 1 tbsp cornflour with your choice of spices (red chilli powder, chat masala, dhaniya powder, garam masala, peri peri masala, etc) and salt. Add 2 tsp oil also for crispier results.
Mix such that the chunks are lightly coated. Let it marinate for mins atleast. Air fry until crisp.
