Soya Chunks- 30 gm Vegetable Onion/Capsicum/brocolli - 200 gm Oil- 2 gm Chings Manchurian masala - 20 gm Water-300 ml
Boil, drain soya chunks. Squeeze water out of soya chunks. Mix Manchurian masala with water and set aside. In a pan, add oil and chopped veggies. Saute it till tender. Add soya. Saute it. Add Masala water. Bring it to boil, cook for min. It's ready!
