Soya Chunks - 25gms (grinded to flour)
Sooji/Rava - 25gms
Ghee /Oil - 5gms
Vegetables - 100gms (onion, tomato,peas) You can use any as per choice
Spices - mustard, turmeric, salt,red pepper
Roast grinded soya flour and sooji in a pan on medium flame.
Once roasted Add Ghee/Oil in a pan with mustard seeds(black)
Once popped add onion, tomato,peas, add curry leaves and cook well.
Once cooked well, add roasted dry ingredients of Step and add one and half cup water (around ml)
Cook well until you get desired consistency. Serve Hot and enjoy.
