Take grams of Soya chunks. Add some hot boiling water and then cover it for mins. Now take out extra water from the chunks by squeezing it. Put the chunks in a blender and blend it. Now take a bowl. Add the soya mixture, grams of besan, chopped onion, coriander leaves. Add turmeric, lemon, red chilli powder, chat masala, dry mango powder and salt as per the taste. Mix everything and make patties. Take ml of oil to grease the patty and cook in a non stick tawa.
