Soya Powder- 50 grams
Paneer- 50 grams
Potato- 100 grams
Vegetables- Finely chopped Onion, capsicum, carrot (half each)
Herbs and Spices- Salt, Ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala.
Oil- 5 grams
Boil Potatoesand mash it. Mix all the other ingredients together with the mashed potato.
Make tikkis out of it.
Take a non stick pan, brush oil and cook it on both sides.
Tada- Your soya tikkis are ready!
Pro tip- Do not add water at all, this recipe doesn't require water.
