50 gm onion
10 gm Besan
2 gm oil for greasing
Boil the soya chunks and spinach for min
squeeze out the water from the granules and spinach properly (imp)
add finely chopped onion ,green chillies, ginger
add cumin powder , red chilli powder, salt,dry mango powder
grind all ingredients together until mixed properly
make small (non-sticky) patties with the mixture. if mixture is sticky and not consistent then add besan otherwise not needed
air fry patties in preheated air fryer at degree for about min
apply oil if needed both side while cooking
