Soya granules: 15 gm
Rawa: 40 gm
Curd: 50 gm
Veggies: 75 gm
Salt: To taste
Green chilli: 1 (to taste)
Butter/oil: 5 gm
Soak soya granules in hot water for minutes, drain and squeeze out excess water.
Mix together rawa, curd, along with soya granules.
Add veggies (capsicum, carrot, cabbage, green chilli) to the mix, along with salt and bring it all together.
Heat a waffle iron and grease it with butter. Prepare according to instructions.
Make three small-sized waffles.
