Soya chunks - 50gm Rice boiled - 100gm Veggies (any) - 200gm Ghee/butter/coconut oil - 10gm Turmeric - 1tbsp Oregano - 1tbsp Mixed herbs - 1tbsp Salt to taste
Step - Boil soya chunks and squeeze out excess water Step - Add gm of ghee/butter/coconut oil in a pan Step - Add veggies, masalas and a little water Step - Wait until veggies gets soft now mix it with boiled rice and enjoy!
