Need dough with Soya chunk powder/flour and wheat flour adding some salt . Make single little thick chapati with this dough . Toss veggies and paneer with some butter, salt, pepper, oregano. . On the roti put some ketchup if you want, veggies and paneer mix and topup with cheese slice. Microwave for min to melt the cheese
