Masala of your choice
Put soya chunks in boiling water for min and then drain it. Squeeze excess water out. . Grinding the soya chunks in a mixer along with some green chilly and ginger . Meanwhile cut all veggies . Mix grinded soya, veggies, grated paneer, grated cheese, general masala (salt, chilly, amchur, chat masala, maggi masala) . Make patties and roast it on tawa with butter on both sides
