4. Spices like turmeric, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, pepper, chat masala etc choice of spices
Soak the soya chunk in hot water for min and drain out the excess water. Add the required spices. Marinate it. In a heated non stick add ghee and stir fry soya chunk with potato. Onion and tomato can be added too. No water needed if you want it dry. Serve with rice or roti
