Step 1

This step can be made in advance⬇️ Soak soya chunks in hot water for - minutes, wash it thoroughly and strain. You can do this for - days and refrigerate Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, chilli and onions- add your veggies, sauces, spices, and soya chunks, and you're done! Feel free to add your favorite veggies, like cabbage, mushrooms, or spring onions etc Have it as a snack or along with meals
