SOYA PANEER TIKKI soya granules g Paneer (Grated) g Peas g Take soya granules and soak it in hot water for mins ,add a pinch of salt to it ,now drain the water and wash the soya granules with cold water. Mix soya granules and peas and grind it finely. Now add Grated paneer to this mixture along with finely chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and onion .Add spices as per taste and mix everything properly. Make small balls out of this mixture giving it a shape of a tikki or a pattie. Grease the pan with oil now put these tikkis in the pan and cover the lid .
