Onion, Coriander and capsicum as much u like Green chilly paste and salt to taste.
Add soya granules in boiling water. Boil it for mins. Take out from water blanch in cold water and then squeeze the entire water out of it. Keep it aside. Boil potato And mash it. Also grate the paneer, add finely chopped capsicum or coriander or veggies of your choice, add onion green chilly paste and salt and soya granules to it and make patty out of it. Heat the pan and cook the patty with oil on both the sides.
