Cook rice separately and let it cool,Soak soya chunks in hot water squeeze the water and set aside. Cut paneer into cubes.
Heat oil in a pan,Add vegetables and sauté until tender now add paneer, soya chunks,salt,black pepper and saute it for -mins. Now add cooked rice and mix everything well for - mins. If you want you can garnish with spring onions nd coriander leaves and serve it hot. Enjoy your Soya Paneer Fried Rice!
