Paneer- 50 grams Soya- 50 grams Spices- Coriander powder, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala (as per need and taste) Onion- 1 medium sized finely chopped Oil- 4 grams
Soya paneer tikki : . Measure soya and paneer . Dry grind soya and paneer together in a mixer until it’s powdered with no lumps . Transfer it to a bowl . Add all the spices, finely chopped onions to it and mix well . Take oil from your allowance . Add water little by little and mix everything throughly until it makes a dough to make as a Patty consistency . Preheat air fryer in air fryer mode . Then grease the air fryer with oil from your oil allowance . Place all the patties in the tray and keep it inside air fryer . Once it is well cooked you can take it out or you can complete the air fryer cycle until it’s cooked
