Soya granuals ( grinder in powder) 40 GM Rice flour 40 GM Ghee 3 GM Onions chopped 1 cup Coriander leaves chopped Green chilly chopped Salt
Grind Soya graduals and make flour ( I keep it in container) Mix rice flour, soya flour, salt , green chili with water.. Make very thin batter by adding more water like butter milk consistency.. keep aside and let it rest for - minutes Add chopped onion and coriander leaves Heat nonstick dosa pan/ griddle and spread the batter, let it cook , spray ghee and cook it from other side as well.. Crispy dosas are ready to eat with chatni Note:- with this measurements I made small dosa
