ghee- 3 gms
Powder the soya chunks and rolled oats in dry grinder. . mix salt and dry spices like coriander, cumin,garam masala powder in the above flour, keep separate. . beat eggs in a mixing bowl and add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chili and coriander leaves into it. . Now, add the flour from step into eggs and keep mixing. Batter is ready. . Heat a non stick pan and add ghee to it. pour the mixture and let it cook on medium flame for few minutes. When cooked, flip and cook the other side for minutes on low flame. . Serve hot.
