Recipe (for 2 cheelas) Ingredients- Defatted soya flour 30gm Oats flour 30gm Besan 10gm Salt and dry spices as per taste Onion, tomato, chilli and coriander leaves finely chopped. Ghee 5-10gm
Mix all ingredients except ghee with water to get batter consistency. For cheela batter should be like dosa batter consistency. In non stick pan, heat the pan on high, brush ghee, pour some batter and spread with spoon. Cook on low flame for mins, on high flame for a minute, sprinkle oil/ghee , flip and cook the other side same way. Your soya oats cheela is ready ! Enjoy .. #proteinbreakfast #recipes #eathealthy
