Ingredients

paneer-90g cheese - 1 cube mayonies- 35 g( optional) carrot - 20g cabbage - 50g onion -30g tomato -50g noodle -20g soya chunk powder -50g turmeric - 1 tesp red chilli powder - half tbsp black pepper salt chilli flakes(optional) oregano(optional) dried rosemarry and thyme(optional) seed mix ( optional)- 10g butter-20g

Method

Step 1

) chop all the vegetables and cube the paneer ) take redchilli powder turmeric black peper mayonies and salt in a bowl mix it well then add paneer it ( marinate well) keep it aside ) heat a pan add butter , then add seed mix , chilli powder and turmeric powder , later add all the veggies and stir fry for min ) add soya powder to it and mix well for min ) in other pot heat water and boil the noodles ) add noodle (with the water) to the soya mix stir well and add cheese and marrinated paneer ) stir till it turns pale brown colour ) soya noodle is ready to be served
