soya chunks -35gm wheat flour- 90gm methi leave- 80gm oil- 5gm salt - to taste chilli powder - to taste chilli flakes - 1tsp dhaniya seeds - 1tsp
Take soya chunks and grind them into fine powder. Add soya chunks powder to wheat flour . Add all spices and mix well. . Make a dough and roll it into chapati . cook it using gm of oil your crispy parantha is ready
