30gms of soya chunks 15gms of ghee/oil 10gms of maida 2-3gms of cornflour(for cornflour slurry ) 3-5gms of soya sauce 5gms of green chilly sauce 5gms of tomato sauce 3-4 cloves of garlic 1 chilli Spring onion Salt & pepper as per taste
Soak the soya chunks in warm water for -mins and drain all the water. Add maida, salt, pepper to soya chunks and mix it well. Put some ghee/oil in a pan and fry the soya chunks and keep it aside. In the same pan add some chopped garlic and chilly and saute it, add the fried soya chunks and add salt and pepper. Add all the sauces, mix it well and add the cornflour slurry and saute it for - mins. Once done, garnish it with spring onion.
