Soya - 35g butter 10g dark soya sauce - 15ml Schezwan sauce -2tbsp Onion - 50g carrot - 50g cabbage-50g garlic - 10g corn starch -10g
Boil the soya chunks and keep aside. . Grate all the veggies and keep aside. . Dice boiled soya chunks in small pieces and keep aside. . Now take a pan and add butter, garlic and onion to it and cook on high heat. . Now add carrots and cabbage and cook for mins on medium heat. . Add diced soya, Schezwan and soya sauce to the pan and cook for a minute . . Add -ml water depending upon the consistency you need. . Add salt and pepper and let it boil for a minute. . Take a small bowl add two spoons of room temperature water and add corn starch to it and mix well. . Add the corn starch slurry to the soup , boil for one minute and switch off. .
