Boil soya granules for mins , rinse it under cold water and remove excess water and separately boil rice as well
In a blender add tomato , onion , almond , curd , little water and blend them all together
Add the mixture in a pan , put soya and mushroom and let it simmer for min . Add salt and masala of choice and little water and let me simmer for another min
Garnish with coriander and server hot
