40gms soy flour 30gms wheat flour Dried methi powder 10ml Ghee or any cooking medium Cummin seeds Salt to taste For chutney Coriander leaves Ginger/green chilly paste Lemon juice Pcs of gooseberry for flavour Salt to taste
For Khakhara Mix the flour , methi leaves, salt cummin seeds and ghee n make a dough. Make thin rotis and put them on tawa n let it be till its crispy. Add ghee in between. Store them and eat when ever you feel like snacking For chutney Pit all ingredients in the mixer and grind till a thick paste is made. Add water to get the desired consistency. Add salt to taste
