Soya chunks to be soaked for hour and then washed thoroughly in running water to times . Then rinse it amd keep it in a bowl to dry . Grind all the soya chunks in mixer grinder or hand grinder . its has to be in small pieces not the paste ( to be noted ) Then all the green veggies are to be finely chopped and keep it in a dry plate . Take a non stick Utensil and keep it in a low flame abd then add olive oil and after oil is lil smoky add cumin seeds in it , roughly stir both and add onion into it wait for it to become lil suate. Add cabbage and capscicum together saute all veggies now together . after minnutes add tomato and salt turmeric in it for flavour you can add any spices according to your taste in moderation . At last add grinded soya chunks and stir it untill it get mixed with veggies . Increase the flame a bit and keep stiring ao that it doesnt gets stick to the utensil . Cover the untensil by lid for to minutes . Bread to be cooked my multigrain flour ( millets and chickpea flour. For accompaniment add Yougurt and cucumber salad with lemon .
