50 grams soya granules
100 grams grated beetroot and carrot
100 grams boiled potato
1 tomato
Basic spices like salt, pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder, Maggie masala
5 grams ghee
Boiled the soya granules nicely by adding some salt and then strain it off by washing it in water. Drain all the water and add some grated beetroot and carrots to it
Now in a fan, add all the basic spices to the tomato purée and cook it for to minutes. Now add the boiled Soya granules and grated carrots and be true to and cook it for to minutes.
Once the soya granules mixture is cool down, grind the whole thing in a mixer and make a fine paste. Now add one boiled potato to the paste and again mix it well to make a dough.
No start making kebabs in any shape and then sauté it on a pan by adding g of ghee. Cook it from the both the sides and enjoy it with coriander Chutney.
