5gm ghee
150ml coconut milk
2gm cashews
2gm almond
5gm raisin
Sweetener to taste
Grind soya chunks or granules into powder using mixer.
Heat up ghee in a pan, sauté powdered soya until it changes colour and is aromatic.
Slowly add milk and mix it well .
Once everything is mixed properly add sweetener of your choice as per your taste. ❗️I have used stevia
Plate it in a bowl and garnish with almond, cashew and raisins. ❗️I have used some rose petals too
