wash the rice and lentils and soak till needed next
chop ginger and garlic and mushrooms
in a pressure cooker, add ghee and spices
next add the ginger garlic and saute
add mushrooms and saute for mins
add the washed rice, lentils and soak chunks, add water and season with salt and pepper
close the lid and cook for one whistle
serve hot
