boil soya chunks and squeeze water. Now grind then in a mixer , take out in a bowl and add grated paneer and sattu powder. Add more sattu if required for binding. shape up the kebabs and shallow fry in a pan or airfry them. Take a curd dip . Add onions and cucumbers in hung curd and enjoy the dish.
