) Mix Rice flour, Urad dal flour and soya flour. ) Add a pinch of baking powder. ) Add water and mix to create homogeneous batter. ) Cover the lid and let it rest for - mins. ) Mix again and add some more water to make it thin. ) Preheat the pan, sprinkle some water and clean. ) Brush some oil and evenly pour the thin batter on the pan. ) Cover the lid and let it cook on medium flame. ) Open and slowly scrub the excess better from the top and let it crisp for some more time. ) Take out slowly and enjoy with freshly made dhaniya and Tomato chutney.
