Besan 50 grams
Soya chunks 60 grams
mix veg like carrot, bell pepper, peas - 100 grams
curd - 100 grams
ghee - 10 ml
chat masala - 1/2 tsp
tomato ketchup - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
ginger - 1/2 inch
bread crumbs - 1 tsp
Boil the soya chunks, squeeze the water and put the chunks in the mixer jar to make the paste
add besan, mix veg, masala, salt, soya chunks paste and mix them all
Make small balls in tikki shape out of the mix that we prepared in the above step
sprinkle the bread crumbs over the tikkis and keep them aside
heat the pan and brush it with around ml ghee/oil
put all the tikkis in the pan and roast it on medium flame for minutes
brush another side of tikkis with remaining ml ghee/oil
flip the tikkis and roast another side for more minutes
Put all the tikkis in a serving bowl and garnish with curd and a few drops of tomato ketchup
