Wheat flour 40gms
Soya chunks 40gms
Ghee 10 gms
Onion, capsicum, ginger, garlic , green chillies
Salt, red chilli, chat masala, cumin powder
Chop onion , capsicum , ginger , garlic and green chillies and sauté it in ghee until it is cooked properly. Now boil soya chunks for - mins in water ,squeeze the excess water and grind it in mixer. Add soya chunks to the cooked veggies and sauté it for sometime. Make a dough out of the wheat flour, roll chapati and add the stuffing to it and cook it on a pan with small amount of ghee. Enjoy it with chutney of your choice.
