40g soya chunks (soak them in water for 1 hour and then squeeze out all the water from it) 1 onion 1 tomato 1 capsicum (I have added whatever was available you can add veggies of your choice) 20g ginger and garlic 20g cornflour (for thickness can be skipped) 5g butter 1.5 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vinegar salt and pepper spices of your choice ( I have just added red chilly powder)
Heat a pan spread butter on it add ginger and garlic(chopped)cook for about minute then add all the veggies(chopped) add salt and all the spices, cook for - minutes add half a cup of water and both the sauces let is heat a little then add the cornflour and give it a good mix, then the soya chunks and cook for - minutes. Tada, it is ready ๐ธ๐ธ
