Soya chunks - 40gms
Rice flour - 10gms
Corn starch - 10gms
Curd- 70gms
Oil- 5ml
Veeba no added sugar ketchup - 20gms
Ginger Garlic paste - 10gms
Garlic- 5-7 cloves grated or fine chopped
Ginger- 1/4th inch grated
Green chillies- 1 chopped
Curry leaves- 5-10
Sweetener- a pinch
Spices- chilli powder (1 tbsp), kashmiri chilli powder (1/2 tbsp) , turmeric powder (1/4th tbsp) , garam masala +1/4th tbsp), salt to taste
Garnish- onion (1 small fine chopped), and 1 tbsp lemon juice
Boil soya chunks in salted boiling water for minutes, then once cooled drain and press out all the excess water.
Combine cornflour, rice flour, chilli powder, garam masala, curd, ginger-garlic paste, and salt in a bowl. Add the soya chunks and toss until they are well coated.
Spray with oil & air-fry at °C for - mins. (keep checking in between to make sure it doesn't burn)
Heat oil, add garlic, ginger, green chilli & curry leaves. Sauté till golden.
Add kashmiri chilli powder, sweetener, ketchup & a little water. Mix well.
Add the air-fried soya chunks, mix until they are evenly coated, and serve hot with onion and lemon.
