•40 gm Soya chunks •5 gm ghee/oil •Onion •Tomatoes •green chilli •cucumber •salt •spices/Maggie masala
•Soaked soya chunks in warm water for minutes. •After minutes its all soft then squeeze it and drain the water • Put gm ghee/oil in pan and put some onion tomatoes, add salt and spices as per your taste. You can add Maggie masala also for flavor. •Put soya chunks and saute it. •Add onion,tomatoes, cucumber,green chilli, chat masala and squeeze lemon to add that chatpata taste😄 Voila! you are done.
