soya chunks:50 gm suji : 50gm curd: 1 tbsp carrot :1 beetroot:1 salt :as per taste red chilli : 1tsp Maggie masala (optional) oil: 5gm
step : soak the soya chunks in hot water for -min step : sequeez the water from the chunks step : grate the carrot and beetroot step : add the chunks,grated carrot and beetroot,suji and curd in grinder n grind them step : add salt,red chilli and any other masala as per your choice step : heat a non stick pan and Greece it. step : add the chilla batter in it (size as per your choice). step : put the gas on sim n cover it with a lid. step : after - min flip the side and keep the high flame. step : cook untill the side is brown tadaaa๐ it's good to go๐
