Soya granules, unsoaked: 50 gm
Black gram or chana, unsoaked: 50 gm
Oil: 10 ml
Besan: 20 gm
Ginger: One inch
Garlic: 4 clove
Green chilli: 1
Salt: As per taste
Chat masala: As per taste
Coriander leaves: A few leaves
Soak soya granules in warm water for minutes. Squeeze and drain the excess water from granules and keep it aside.
Meanwhile, take soaked chana and pressure cook it for - whistles. Drain the excess water and grind it into a paste along with ginger, garlic and chilli when it cools down.
In a mixing bowl, put soya granules, chana paste, salt, chat masala and coriander leaves.
Combine them well and divide into equal balls. Flatten these balls to form kebabs.
Now heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame. Drizzle some oil and place the kebabs.
After a minute, flip the kebabs and cook on the other side too.
Cook on both sides evenly. Keep brushing the kebabs with oil occasionally.
Soya Chana Kebabs are ready to be served with dip and salad of your choice.
