Ingredients

- Riced Cauliflower: 35g - Broccoli: 35g - Capsicum: 35g - Oil: 10g - Boiled Soya Chunks: 30g - Greek Yogurt: 75g - Lime - Cilantro - Salt - Pepper - Burrito/Chapathi

Method

Step 1

Chop cauliflower, broccoli, and capsicum finely. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the veggies until cooked. . Chop boiled soya chunks into fine granules and add them to the sautéed veggies. Cook together and set aside. . For the sauce, mix Greek yogurt with lime, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Blend until it reaches a saucy consistency. . Take a burrito/chapathi, spread the sauce on it. . Add the sautéed soya and veggie mix, then wrap it nicely. . Toast on a pan until golden brown. Enjoy your homemade Soya Burritos! 🌯😋
