Chop cauliflower, broccoli, and capsicum finely. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the veggies until cooked. . Chop boiled soya chunks into fine granules and add them to the sautéed veggies. Cook together and set aside. . For the sauce, mix Greek yogurt with lime, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Blend until it reaches a saucy consistency. . Take a burrito/chapathi, spread the sauce on it. .
