) Dry Roast Soya and grind the granules into a fine powder like a flour. ) Weigh g soya flour. ) Boil Green Veggies (preferably broccoli, green peas, cabbage) They give some structure ) Mash the boiled veggies, season them with salt and spices as needed Pro-Tip : Add seasonings while boiling and use the boiled water in the flour to knead. this way soya gets slightly cooked and softens out. ) Mix soya flour, boiled veggies, seasonings all together and add warm water as needed. Get it to consistency where it can be shaped into patties. We will be using these patties as burger breads ) Apply some oil on the pan, on both sides of the patties and let them toast with lid on. ) After you see crunchy bottom and up, stack them together with cheese slices in between and cook them on low flame with lid on. ) Enjoy, Stay Healthy and Don't forget to #quantify food
